There is a lot of content coming to Netflix that you should be watching, as the streaming giant has revealed all the new series and films that will debut in March 2025.

This month’s big headlines are a large original film and a big new series. Shondaland’s eight-part murder thriller “The Residence” is set in the White House and stars Giancarlo Esposito and Uzo Aduba. If the whole trailer is any indicator, you won’t want to miss it.

Next is “The Electric State.” Giancarlo Esposito, Chris Pratt, and Millie Bobby Brown are the main cast members of this science fiction movie. He’s everywhere, wow.

Normally, this would be the month’s largest theatrical release. Don’t miss it when it launches on March 14, though, as Netflix and the Russo brothers spent $320 million to bring it to the streaming service.

In addition to these top choices, we’ve included a list of everything new below. To offer you one last chance to watch, we’ve compiled a list of the shows that Netflix is discontinuing in March. Here are all the things that are coming to and going out of Netflix this month.

“The Residence”

The White House is considerably more than just the residence of the president of the United States. Beyond the first family to stay there, the presidential mansion alone employs a sizable staff.

“The Residence” is set against that background. The murder that takes place during a state dinner at the White House astounds everyone present. Cordelia Cupp (Uzo Aduba), an eccentric detective, has come to discover who did the horrible thing and why. In order to accomplish this, she must speak with the 157 employees that work in the White House household, revealing numerous underlying conflicts.

“The Electric State”

The world was devastated by a robot rebellion prior to the events of this science fiction film. In the end, their uprising was put down, and the robots were banished to the “Electric State,” a 200,000 square mile outdoor jail.

Michelle (Millie Bobby Brown), an orphaned girl, believed she had lost her sibling during the events of that revolt. She has enlisted the aid of a former soldier named Keats (played by Chris Pratt), who laments the fight against the bots, and a charming but enigmatic robot who appears to know where her brother might be because she is now certain that he is one of the bots in the Electric State.

Netflix will begin streaming on March 14.

Season 7 of “Formula 1: Drive to Survive”

Shortly before the 2025 Formula One season kicks out at the Australian Grand Prix on March 16, “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” returns for its seventh season. Whether or not you are an F1 fan, this docuseries is interesting because it is almost more like a reality TV program like “The Real Housewives” series than a factual documentary.

This season of “Drive to Survive” will, as usual, concentrate on the World Championship from the previous year. Red Bull Racing and McLaren will engage in a furious struggle as Max Verstappen’s early advantage fades, resulting in a ruthless chase down the home stretch of the season.

Netflix will begin streaming on March 7.

‘John Mulaney’s Everybody’s Live’

One of my favourite shows from the previous year was “Everybody’s in L.A.” Though, curiously, I haven’t yet seen anything about stand-up comedian John Mulaney that I haven’t enjoyed, aside from his brief network sitcom “Mulaney.”

The show was a big hit because it combined Mulaney’s comedic range and literary genius in a talk show that was unlike any other, with the exception of “The Eric Andre Show.” Netflix is now offering Mulaney a full-time position as the host of a weekly chat show because of its success. Beginning on Wednesday, March 12 at 10 p.m. ET, “Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney” will air every Wednesday for the next eleven weeks.

The first episode will be available for live streaming on Netflix on March 12 at 10 p.m. ET.

“Million Million Secret”

One of my current favourite television programs is “The Traitors.” Nearly two dozen candidates compete against one another on the Peacock reality competition show, voting each other out until only a select handful are left, with the chance to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars. Naturally, the electrifying Alan Cumming and his amazing wardrobe serve as its hosts.

Netflix must have taken inspiration from that show’s success to create “Million Dollar Secret.” Netflix appears to have been influenced by Cumming’s Emmy-winning performance, since they have hired English actor Peter Serafinowicz, who is well-known and articulate, to host.

A package containing $1 million is placed in one of the rooms of 12 contestants on this new reality competition show. The objective: Get rid of the others and keep the money for yourself.

Netflix will begin streaming episodes 1–3 on March 26.
