Information about the 2024 Ghana Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Exam.
Graduates who apply for the Ghana Civil Service (GSS) Recruitment in 2024 should be aware that candidates who make the shortlist must pass an online entrance exam administered by the GSS.
The first entrance exam is given before the end of June, while the second exam is typically given in August, namely between August 15 and August 30. Those who applied should be aware of this and get ready for it.
Only those who scored at least 50% in the first online exam are eligible to take the second phase exam.
All applicants who passed the first round of the online graduate entrance exam with a score of 50% or higher are notified by the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS).
The applicant must be online at the designated time for the exam, which is given between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Results are always impacted by poor internet access, so make sure you have reliable internet and a well-charged laptop. Avoid using a PC or phone to take the test. Because the test is timed, make sure you have a standby automatic power plant changeover where you want to use a desktop.
When the given time is up, the (OHCS) will time you out. Those graduate applicants who passed will get an SMS notification with more information about the test.
