Jackie Chan celebrated his 70th birthday on Instagram with old pictures.
Hollywood star Jackie Chan responded to fans’ worries about his health in a birthday social media post on his seventieth birthday.
Chan, who is best known for films including “Police Story” and “Rush Hour,” posted on Instagram on Sunday, “Not too long ago, a lot of friends saw some recent photos of me on the internet, and they were all concerned about my health.”
“I would like to use this chance to reassure everyone that they need not worry! It’s merely a cameo in my most recent film. I have to look ancient and have white hair and a white beard to play the part.
Chan, who turned 70 on Sunday, expressed surprise at having reached the milestone so rapidly in a post that had a nostalgic tone.
He stated, “The second thing that would come to mind after recovering from the shock is a saying that my big brother, Sammo Hung, once said: ‘Being able to grow old is a fortunate thing.'”
“Those of us who are stunted, in particular, are unaware of how fortunate we are to live long lives.”
Born in Hong Kong At the start of his martial arts film career, Chan sustained numerous injuries and rose to prominence as a stuntman.
With several images from his career, he said that he has “been in the entertainment business for 62 years and I cherish every moment because I’m lucky I’m still filming today.”
