According to TMZ Hip Hop, the Atlanta-based platinum-selling rapper Rich Homie Quan has passed away.
According to his family and a representative for the Fulton County morgue, RHQ passed away on Thursday in his Atlanta home.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Rich Homie Quan’s family is devastated and heartbroken by his sudden death.
TMZ obtained Rich Homie Quan’s 911 call, in which his girlfriend informed the dispatcher that the rapper was dead and not breathing.
She also revealed that when she called 911, he was unresponsive on a couch in their home and started to foam at the mouth when she tried to move him.

They are frantically looking for answers, as no cause of death has been reported.
RHQ, whose real name is Dequantes Lamar and he was born in Atlanta, made his debut on the music scene in 2013 with the smash hit “Type of Way.” He then followed up with fan favourites like “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” and “Ride Out.”
Later, Rich Homie Quan worked with Young Thug on the Cash Money Records project “Rich Gang.” He also frequently worked with 2 Chainz and Jacquees, his hometown hommies.
RHQ criticized the current state of hip hop in his most recent interview for its murderous lyrics and standard song formats.
