The application portal for Ghanaian health training institutions begins on April 8, 2024.

Instructions for potential applicants wishing to be admitted to health training facilities for the 2024–2025 academic year have been made available by the Ministry of Health.

The steps to apply are as follows, and the process is done fully online:

1. Purchase Application Codes: For GH₵200.00, you can purchase application codes from any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or GCB Bank Plc. (GCB). You will receive a unique PIN and Serial Number with these codes.

2. Have the Required Contact Information: Make sure you have a working personal email account and a dedicated phone number for any correspondence about your application. Do not use family email addresses.

3. Provide Your Address: When completing the application, be prepared with your residential address and Ghana Post digital address.

4. Access the Online Application Form: Go to https://healthtraining.gov.gh and enter the PIN and Serial Number from the voucher you purchased to access the online application form. These credentials are the only way to access the online registration form.

5. Carefully Fill Out the Form: When the online application is available, abide by the guidelines and carefully complete all pertinent areas of the admissions process.

6. Track Your Application: You can monitor the progress of your admissions process by using the PIN and Serial Number.

Invitation to Interview: Only candidates who fulfill admission requirements will be contacted to participate in a competitive interview at their preferred institution.
