A public request for financial support has been made by John Bredu Peasah, better known by his character name Drogba from the renowned Ghanaian TV series YOLO, as he fights a lifelong demyelinating condition.
The actor disclosed on his social media accounts that he received a diagnosis of a demyelinating condition more than two years ago.
He has been receiving therapy since, according to the notice, but the expenses have put a significant financial strain on him and his family.
Depending on the injured areas, demyelinating illnesses can impair sensation, muscular control, and other neurological functions in addition to disrupting the central nervous system.
