The 2024-2025 placement results for students starting senior high school and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions have been formally issued by the Ministry of Education.
Thousands of kids can check their school placements and get admitted for the next academic year thanks to this announcement.

A Ministry release states that 553,155 applicants were eligible for placement out of the 563,339 results obtained from the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).
Of these, 447,698 applicants, or 80.93% of the eligible group, were assigned automatically to one of the schools of their choice.
Not every applicant, though, was matched successfully. It was not possible to place about 104,918 eligible students in any of their desired options.
The Ministry has urged these students to use the self-placement portal, which allows them to choose schools with open spots, in order to receive assistance.
The Ministry has offered a detailed procedure for individuals who wish to check their placement status. In order to check their placement results, qualified students must go to the official CSSPS website at https://www.cssps.gov.gh or https://www.cssps.org, input their ten-digit index number and the year of completion (for example, 123456789024 for 2024), and submit their information.
The Ministry has also established a number of tools to help the general people, such as 16 regional solution centres and the national solution centre at GNAT Hall in Adabraka, Accra.
