EC finds flaws in the ballot papers for the constituencies in the Volta Region.

The Volta Region’s Keta, Ketu North, Ho Central, Hohoe, and Ho West seats’ presidential and parliamentary ballot papers were found to have errors, according to the Electoral Commission (EC).

The EC announced plans to print more ballots at Acts Commercials in order to address the problem in a letter to the representatives of each presidential contender.

Both independent presidential contenders and political parties have been invited to send two representatives each to watch the printing process.

The observation will take place at Acts Commercials Printing House in Accra on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

The public was reassured by Samuel Tettey, the Deputy Chairman of Operations for the EC, that the Commission will ensure accuracy and transparency in the election process.
