After defeating Mali, watch the Black Stars’ recuperation practice at Baba Yara Stadium.
Following their victory over Mali, the Black Stars regrouped with a practice at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Friday, June 7, 2024.
Ghana returned to winning ways in Bamako, defeating Mali 2-1 to tie the top of the group, Comoros and Madagascar.
The public session was guided by the technical team under the direction of head coach Otto Addo.
While the players who were prominent in the game had lighter and less strenuous exercises, the players who had little or no minutes during the Mali game had hard routines.
In order to be ready for their match against the Central African Republic on matchday four of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the team will train on Saturday and Sunday.
Ghana has six points, tied with Comoros and Madagascar for third place in the group. With four points, Mali is in fourth place, followed by the Central African Republic (three) and Chad (zero).
